Community Support Services Inc. is a $16.6 million not-for-profit provider of behavioral and primary healthcare services. The agency provides outpatient health services; primarily to individuals with severe and/or persistent mental illnesses living in Summit County, Ohio. Community Support Services is an affiliated agency of the County of Summit Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health (ADM) Services Board and the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission (RSC). The agency employs in excess of 300 full and part-time staff, providing psychiatric, nursing, case management, counseling,residential, outreach,and vocational/employment services.

Provides authorized rehabilitation services according to the
Interdisciplinary Service Plan (ISP). Provides Community Psychiatric
Supportive Treatment (CPST) services in accordance with ODMH standards for a
caseload of individuals who have serious and persistent mental illnesses.
The Community Rehabilitation Specialist provides services that lessen the
impact of the symptoms posed by serious mental illness on an individual's
ability to achieve recovery goals, and enhance the quality of life. A
minimum of an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services
field required.

This employee will be responsible for the management of budget and finances
for those individuals on payeeship services as well as dealing with specific
questions regarding Medicaid, Medicaid managed care and Medicare. This
position requires a highly detailed individual who will maintain a
combination of customer service, sound clinical skills and knowledge of
Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance and Payeeship services. Minimum of a
Bachelors degree in a Human Services field. Three years experience in
case management with individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses
preferred. Consumer credit report shall indicate no loan defaults or
bankruptcies.

Monday thru Friday 1pm-5pm
Employee performs variety of clerical/administrative support tasks requiring
proficiency in word processing, independent judgment, and
accuracy.Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent education and
experience, with some courses taken in secretarial/business training,
typing, bookkeeping, office machines operation and office procedures. A
minimum of three years of clerical/secretarial experience or equivalent.
Must demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills as well as
confidentiality. Working knowledge of computers a must

Second Shift (3pm- 11pm) - Friday thru Tuesday - Wednesday & Thursday Off
Assists in the support of residents residing in various residential settings
in the community. Provides training and support to the extent determined by
each individual's service plan. Minimum of a High School diploma or
equivalent. A minimum of one year of experience working with the
emotionally impaired or developmentally disabled or similar impairments, or
post high school education in the human services field equivalent to one
year work experience.Possession of a valid Ohio driver's license and
insurability through Agency's insurance carrier.

This position carries out the services of the Supported Employment Program
by assisting consumers to obtain and maintain employment that is consistent
with their strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences. Undergraduate
degree, or equivalent experience, in mental health social services, or
business. Experience working with people with severe mental illness,
experience providing employment services, and knowledge of the work world
are preferred.

Under the direct supervision of the Intensive Treatment Services Supervisor,
the I.T.S. Specialist II will provide group/ individual clinical
interventions for persons experiencing severe and persistent mental
illnesses. The I.T.S. Specialist II will also provide assessment as
appropriate. Possession of a Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Psychology,
Recreational or Occupational Therapy or other related human services degree
required. Minimum one years experience working with severely mentally ill
clients.

Provides recovery-based clinical support and administrative supervision to a
team of CPST providers as assigned. Provides CPST and other clinical
services to a reduced caseload. Ensures that services are provided in
accordance with the Individualized Service Plan (ISP). Masters degree in a
Human Services field required. Minimum of three years case management
experience working with individuals who have severe and /or persistent
mental illnesses. A car and a valid Ohio driver's license and insurability
through Agency's insurance carrier. LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC required.
