The Commons at Madaline Park was originally conceived to address the loss of more than 300 housing units for the most vulnerable citizens of Summit County.  Planning for the project began in 2009 and construction is set to begin for Phase I in February of 2013 with a planned opening of January 2014.   Phase I will provide 60 accessible 1-bedroom units with full bathrooms and fully appointed kitchen. 50% of the units are designated for persons who are chronically homeless.  The other remaining units will be designated for those who have chronic mental illness or other multiple co-occurring disabilities and low income veterans in Summit County.  Read More
