At Community Support Services, it is important for us that you receive quality treatment at a great value.
Community Support Services accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and MyCare Ohio. We do accept some commercial insurance.
A sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income. We do not deny services to anyone based on ability to pay. If you do not have any type of insurance coverage, you may qualify for funding from the Summit County Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services Board (ADM) for behavioral health services. We will also work with you to determine if you are eligible for Medicaid and/or Medicare.
As a new client to the agency, you will be requested to complete a financial intake. This financial paperwork is important to ensure we have correct information for billing.
Please plan to provide the following items as part of the financial intake:
- Verification of income (paystubs, letter from Social Security Administration, etc.)
- State Identification Card or Driver’s License
- Insurance Card
If you do not have one or more of the items, we will assist you with obtaining the needed items.
