The center serves individuals who are experiencing or at risk for homelessness, have symptoms suggestive of mental illness and/or substance use disorder, and are not already in treatment. If you do not meet these criteria, our outreach workers will attempt to connect you with other agencies and services that can help.

United Way also offers services for men and women experiencing homelessness. Contact the Homeless Hotline by calling 330-615-0577 between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm weekdays.
