AKRON, Ohio - Tuesday, Jan. 24, marked the annual Point-in-Time Count, a national count of sheltered and unsheltered people on a single day. Reporters from WKSU and Spectrum News followed our Homeless Outreach teams during the day and reported on their interactions with the homeless individuals they found.

Spectrum News reporter Jennifer Conn provided a more in-depth article that also highlighted Homeless Outreach's day-to-day activities. The article provides insight into the challenges of providing services to those who may resist them.
