At the most recent Board of Directors meeting, we took a moment to honor some of our gracious supporters.

River Valley Paper Company was honored as our Corporate Donor of the Year. Every year, the company selects a local nonprofit organization to be the recipient of their philanthropy. This year, we were honored to be the group chosen. Cindy Ede accepted the award on the company’s behalf.

We also celebrated the longtime support of Bonnie Wojno, former CSS board member, as our Individual Donor of the Year. Bonnie has retired from the board but still is a valued member of our Art of Recovery Advisory Committee and outspoken champion of the event. Through the years, she has regularly made financial contributions to CSS, and during an 18-month period, she made and donated nearly 900 bagged lunches for individuals using our Homeless Outreach Center.
