For many years, Community Support Services has brought a little holiday cheer to our clients by distributing gift bags with essential items.  For 2015, we packed more than 1,600 bags.  For many of the clients, this gift bag will be the only Christmas present they will receive.  Judy, a case manager, shared "My clients have been wanting to know since September when I would be bringing their bags."   On Friday morning, Judy picked up more than 50 bags she planned to deliver by the end of the day.  She stated, " My clients so look forward to this day.  It means so much to them."

The annual Holiday Bagging program is made possible by the generous support of NAMI Summit County and agency staff.  Additionally, the holiday bag packing event brings together more than 60 volunteers including staff members, family and friends of staff, and a Girl Scout troop.  Thank you for your support!
